That's a game! Why is it in your portfolio??

The truth is, I've been playing Minecraft for over 10 years, and my #1 favorite thing to do is build. As a result, I have lots of awesome builds that I'm super proud of and I genuinely believe there is worth behind them. It's obvious that Minecraft can show creativity, design, art in an interesting medium, and level design. But what may not be as obvious is how it shows dedication and discipline, hours and hours placing blocks one by one over months. Minecraft can show teamwork, communication, and leadership when looking at group builds. Minecraft can show outside-of-the-box thinking when faced with severe restrictions in the medium and toolset and how overcoming that can lead to beautiful outcomes.
